In order to enrich the spiritual cultural life of employees and to promote communications among departments, develop team spirit and enhance group bonding strength. The company held the fourth [Golden Egret Cup" tug-of-war at the afternoon on Feb 10th, 2022. There are 5 teams joining the game, 8 male and 4 female of each team.
During the tug-of-war, team members of each department did their utmost, the atmosphere is so tense both on and off the field. Rhythmic shouts and cheers filled the air over the playground and echoed for a long time. Especially at the point of victory or defeat, nobody gave in and stick out.
Every team member is so cheered up, telling
us the meaning of unity using their sweat, they touched everyone by their
indomitable willpower and fighting spirit. The enthusiasm of cheering squads
ran so high, shouted loudly to encourage, adding another dimension of color to
the match.
Hard Facing Materials Division team won the
championship of the competition, Powder Process united with the 4th Alloy
team won the runner up, Functional Platform team won the 3rd place.
Through this competition, it enhances team
spirit of employees, activates the working atmosphere, not only exercises the
body health of employees, but also strengthen the will and quality of them. Everyone
expressed that this kind of group activities should be held more often, and
they will devote themselves into daily work with more drive.
